ABOUT HENCH MSD CORPORATION.
HENCH Mining is engaged in the
business of operating mines and
quarries and the related fields
such as prospecting,
exploration, milling,
concentrating, processing,
converting, manufacturing,
marketing, buying, selling,
exchanging and otherwise
producing and dealing all kinds
of ores, minerals, hydrocarbon,
and in the product and by
products of every kind. The
company specializes in
manufacturing the following
products for export: bentonite,
dolomite, greywackes, kalsomine,
limestone, and rock phosphate
(or phosphorite).
The main processing plant of
HENCH Mining is located in Mandaue City, Cebu. Major
expansions are ongoing to
improve the reach and the
services that the company can
provide. A new plant is
currently being constructed in
Danao City and the plant will be
completed by early 2012 . The
groundbreaking for another plant
to be located in the
municipality of Liloan is also
underway.
COMPANY HISTORY.
Alwen Mineral and Industrial Corporation, the pioneering mining company in the Philippines and the mother company behind HENCH Mining, was established forty years ago in Cebu. Sub-companies were eventually established to cater to the different needs that other sectors required from the growing mining industry. HENCH was established in May 2000 with the goal of becoming Cebu's premier expert in mining. The company is backed by years and years of experience and aims to bring quality products at competitive prices to the local and international markets.
